@lily:Devsis uses a third-party ad agency for promotional purposes. Devsis has a strict no-AI policy for original work or in-game assets. They likely entered a contract with this agency before AI became widespread, and with these types of contracts you usually cannot back out of them until a certain amount of time has passed. They most likely entered this contract without knowing the company would use AI generated images for marketing purposes. These are ads, not artwork reflected in the game itself. Please stop spreading misinformation.
