i’ve always thought that eowyn loved aragorn not because she was IN LOVE with him, but because she wanted to be him, whether she knew it or not. in him she saw a leader, a warrior, someone everyone looked up to. something she’d wanted for herself for her entire life :,)

i really loved the way aragorn stayed loyal to arwen and the way things settled. cause they handled it off nicely. they weren't any love triangle that formed. he rejected her and she accepted it. he got her happy ending with arwen, arwen is happy, and eowyn gets to be the one that she wanted. she's fearless and a badass. LOVEEE ITTTT

I love Eowyn x Faramir and Aragorn x Arwen but I definitely think Eowyn and Aragorn had something even if Aragorn rejected her in that way. Because how do you explain the amount of times that man reached out to her (like with the sword thing, the smiling, the chitchats) like come on man. If he was REALLY THAT into Arwen why did he act like that with Eowyn? And dont tell me that he looked at her like a child bc hellnah 😭 Maybe for Aragorn it was a test to see how strong her love was for Arwen but either way, he felt something for Eowyn too and no one can tell me otherwise 💁🏻♀️

I always thought Aragorn went about it the right way and that sort of showed me as a kid like if there’s two people who love you and want your time make sure you still show respect to the one you can’t make happy.
