My biggest problem is that I’m so fat that I can’t make my hand reach my back so I can flatten the tape. Sad. 😔

Hey, i use this method before, the only problem is, after a while, the gravity pull the chest down and the tape aswell, then i have blister. For now, until i have better solution at least, i just do it standing up, and tape them while my chest is rested like that, then tape the bottom area connecting to my underchest so it doesn't look rounded but flat instead
