Got rejected this week. All the other candidates thought I was going to get through it. No issues with background, they just want more experienced candidates. With better educations. I scored higher than most on the pellet and written test. I’m so bummed.

Everyone talking about wanting to wear it in this comment section. The badge is a heavy thing to wear. It isn't always easy, but damn is it the best job I've ever had. Is this my sign..?? I failed my academy final back in May, literally a week before TCOLE and graduation… im still soo heartbroken about it💔 I haven’t given up on my goal but i literally feel like a failure. I was soooo close to crossing the finish line, idk what happened😔
