hot take, old characters (from 1.0 to the last patch of fontaine) should be added to an in game shop where you can buy them with a special currency that you can get by completing the abyss/theatre/Stygian, so people could get those characters without wasting pulls on them (just like in hi3)

1. Add a third banner 2. Increase the primogem per patch count to AT LEAST 180 to even have a chance at multiple 5 stars 3. Chronicle banners every 2/3 patches per nation and include every 5 star and weapon. 4. Make it so on your birthday you can choose a banner where you cannot lose your 50/50 (can choose weapons too) 5. Give the buffed Stellar conduct characters the ability to create the stellar conduct field and reaction 6. Make maximum 2/6 of the banners for each patch new characters 7. Stop rerunning the same five 4 stars characters over and over again and make the “banner teams” actually work

I think they don't doing it because of the weapon banner With the current system, they can't add a limited third weapon to it tho they could do 4 banners like HSR
