@trainedparrot: There were a few comments asking if Rachel’s wings are clipped. They aren’t. But this isn’t necessarily visible in every video. As you can see, Rachel my Blue and Gold Macaw has full length primary wing feathers with no cut marks. Now she is going through a heavy molt and is simultaneously missing several primaries. But it is the same and symmetrical on both wings which is indicative of a normal molt where she can still fly. #macaw #interesting #parrot #blueandgoldmacaw #parrots
