crimp ends not facing direction of airflow, and I would've used two elbows at 45 degree angles to offset in the wall.

Only mistake was you have a crimp end going into both sides of that small section. Crimp should only go in direction of airflow so you prevent trapping lint and creating a fire hazard.

the crimped end is gping the wrong way so you created a lint trap, crimp should always go with the direction of the airflow!

Clean install until you did this… your crimped ends have to go in the direction of the air flow especially on dryer duct installs!

Cramps should be going all the way outside with the flow of the air you have double cramps going into a dead end connection lint trap

Not bad for a rookie. But you need to have a rise. I/4” per foot. Plus need to strap it up. Not letting it rest on your Sheetrock
