but how are you SUREE that it's not smt that happens in your brain like for exemple, people with DID have whole entire inner worlds that alternative states of consciousness created by their own brains live in with different appearences etc... I know that technically there isn't a way to prove reality shifting since it's smt that you have to experience yourself but what makes you feel so sure ? js curious, absolutely not trying to bring negativity here !!
