I presented my plan to a working group (that was supposed to be the job of the other team but they refused to do it, and we really shorted on time) After I finished, someone from that team disagreed with my method. So I call her name out and ask to give me a suggestion (if she thought it wasn’t good enuff) She stayed silent thru out the whole meeting. 🙄 meh
