I took an acting class and the final was we had to come up with an epiphany and act it out in front of the class. I literally had nothing so I just stood in silence for my time and the professor thought I was doing something existential by doing nothing and I got a 4.0.

Animal work can be a useful way to interpret a character, I’ve seen actors use it to inform their stride and neutral positions like one played a woman that she thought was horse-like so she studied horses and how they stand and saunter and run and took those gestures into the character.
