@no.food.rules: Here's why👇 . 1️⃣ most people have schedules. Meeting, soccer games, book club, etc. The times we eat sometimes just need to be the times we have the opportunity to. . 2️⃣ the foods you want aren't always accessible be it from location, finances, etc. . 3️⃣ your brain is also a part of your body. sometimes we think through "how will this make me feel?" VS "oh I want that!". It's truly a mix of both of those questions. Sometimes one plays a bigger role than the other depending on context. . 4️⃣ for anyone who has dieted your body's cues are SO wonky, unreliable and skewed. They need a bit of TLC and consistency and stability before they get stronger to guide you in a feel-good way. . Those are just a FEW reasons, there is for sure more. But I think "eat what you want" is oversimplified if that is the ONLY advice. When you can and when you want? 100000%! But that doesn't mean it's the only factor in food choices 🙃

This is why you are so wonderful. I had taken a food freedom course from a person who was great and helped us do the initial work, but she wasn’t a dietician, so she left the “how to eat” portion alone- but I had no clue at all how to start eating without dieting- and that’s where you came in, and your program and videos helped me so much.
