EcoGPT is no better than ChatGPT it still uses gallons of water to cool down the systems for training separate models as CarterPC’s has stated in a video. EcoGPT is technically a greenwashing scam rather than a finical scam but planting trees? Does planting trees help with the loss of water. And yes the water cycle does still work but it moves to a separate place so as CarterPC’s example of how the water cycle works with ai models being trained and someone else’s water source.
