If the land is a family land, it.is only the head of family who can grant same by custom and by law. If the first person was granted by the head of family and the second person was granted by any other family member, the grant by any other family member will be invalid. The reverse is true in law and in custom.

ones the land is sold for 99years, till the years end not even the head of family and the principal elders can sell the land again. the particular space do not belong to the family till 99years
