@littleremyfood: How many fruit roll-ups does it take to cover a giant popsicle? ✨Recipe: Ingredients: • 6 cups coconut milk • 2 cans (14 oz each) sweetened condensed milk • 2 cups heavy cream • 4 cups whole milk • 30 Fruit Roll-Ups • 1 oversized popsicle stick Directions: 1. In a large bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, condensed milk, heavy cream, and whole milk until fully combined. 2. Pour the mixture into a large rectangular container. Suspend an oversized popsicle stick in the center and freeze for at least 48 hours, or until completely solid. 3. Unroll the Fruit Roll-Ups and arrange them on a sheet of parchment paper in a roughly 4-by-7 grid, slightly overlapping the edges so they stick together into one large sheet. 4. Remove the frozen popsicle from the mold, running warm water over the outside of the container if needed to help release it. 5. Place the giant popsicle in the center of the Fruit Roll-Up sheet. Using the parchment paper to help, fold the Fruit Roll-Ups around all sides of the popsicle, sealing it completely. 6. Return to the freezer for about 10 minutes to allow the Fruit Roll-Up shell to harden. 7. Slice into portions or enjoy it whole for an oversized version of the viral crunchy fruit popsicle trend! 🍭❄️✨
