@francina_simone: Ego vlogging is perfectly fine as many people do it discreetly and like any niche there are problems. Our Ballerina Luna did nothing wrong, however we'd be remiss to pretend an ego vlogger in a ballet class for beginners isn't Class Clown behavior. Many thespians were class clowns, it's how many artist get their start! The only shame in the situation is the digital social activist using the Ballerina's situation as a political talking point which not only drives attention away from true issues, but also conflates a social faux paus with Black cultural expression.
