Ok so I think there was definitely tension after Cory passed. I know that Lea and Naya became really close during the filming of season 4. Lea even campaigned in a way to have Naya in the NY plot. I think Lea tried to use work as a coping mechanism after Cory passed and it probably didn’t work as well as she thought. Naya was like a sister to him and Lea was his girlfriend maybe there was some moments of outbursts that Lea had because she was trying to hold them all in. I honestly like Naya was just an unintentional casualty to Lea’s grief. I’m sure there was regret for how she acted at that time but it seems like she let it continue too long and maybe she couldn’t swallow her pride enough to fix it. I think they both cared about each other but they definitely both had big personalities.

Santana was not supposed to be a main character at all. I think they mere brought in later on as backgrounds but Santana and Heather did so well. Lea was Rachel through and through even the diva attitude. I think she couldnt handle the fact that people started watching the show because of Naya instead of her

I don't choose sides, they were both suffering, they lost someone very close to them and came back to work way too soon, they even lost some weight because of stress, I feel sad for both of them

it was ALWAYS Mercedes. I love glee and Rachel's character, but re watching the show its easy to spot the difference in abilities likes runs and high notes. and neither went to Rachel
