I used taco seasoning and cooked at 420 for 20 mins was magic with this… not greasy and was a hit with the whole family.

How is this even close to a sushi experience? If I need something more filling at a “sushi experience”, I simply order more sushi.

I made it today and I gotta figure out a way to make them crispier, there was so much grease from the meat and tortilla got soggy. Any ideas?

I made something very similar the other night. Chose to use Taco type seasonings and added Jalapenos as well. They were really good. My kids loved them.

The sushi police in the comments need to chill. god forbid anyone be a little abstract in their PERSONAL description of food. It's not literal, they're just trying to have a little fun! Try it sometime, your life will be better.
