JD Vance has one personal problem, he actually believes, that he is also vested with the "executive power," as US President (Donald Trump.) Ironically, (as established in Article 2 Section 1 of the US Constitution;) "the executive power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America." Period! JD Vance needs to familiarize himself with the duties of the US Vice-President, which are are basically domestical. He has to perform them on the soil of the Republic of the United States of America, (he isn't mandated to travel to wherever in the world, to do errands for US President Donald Trump.) His signature can't bind any treaty, negotiation etc, (in the place of US President Donald Trump,) who is the sole Officer of the United States vested with such an authority in Article 2 of the US Constitution. The duties of the US Vice-President are; • To preside over the US Senate at the US Congress. (Article 1 Section 3 Clause 4 of the US Constitution.) • For the continuity of the US government, to immediately assume the duties of the US Presidency. (Article 1 of the 25th Amendment to the US Constitution.) • Along with other pertaining Officers of the United States, to invoke the removal of US President Donald Trump from Office, when and if, deemed mentally and physically incapable to perform the duties of the US Presidency. (Article 4 of the 25th Amendment to the US Constitution.) • After the Elections, to impartially certify the Electoral College Count in front of the two Chambers of the US Congress, and to announce the President-Elect to the US Citizens. (The 12th Amendment to the US Constitution.) Incidentally, if as the US Vice-President, JD Vance were also vested with the executive power; why would he need to comply to Articles 1 & 4 of the 25th Amendment to assume the duties of the US Presidency? Per the "Take Care Clause," (Article 2 Section 3 of the US Constitution,) Donald Trump is presently the sole Officer of the United States, who must ensure, that the Laws of the United States are "faithfully executed." The Officers of the United States need to start governing by the precepts of the US Constitution!
