Had a hankering for 2 different cheeses for more than a month. I’ve resisted well anything dairy for about 2 years. I don’t even like cheese like that. Two or three days ago it got so bad I got in my car at 9pm. Happy to report there were no consequences beyond some gas. 😅

Lactose intolerant peoples favorite food is always lactose.. you can't pull the milk away from them or hand them a lactaid pill, they simply push through

Please, be careful tho 😅 Forcing your system to treat something without the proper chemicals for it can end up in cancer, ulcers, nutrient deficiencies and other very fun stuff 😅😅 Medicine exists to avoid this issue! (as a lactose intolerant person as well)
