I believe in you. I have started this new eating- nutrition journey with your guidance. I am seeing results and definitely decreased hunger. The no snacking is the hardest for me!! Weight loss is slow but starting to see results. Thank you so much! If I am having a rough time with being compliant I watch one of your videos for inspiration. ❤️
