@daschassanctuary: My favorite practices to make the unconscious conscious ⬇️ • silence/meditation —> we are so overstimulated that we forgot how to listen to our voice. Controlled periods of silence help you get access to your unconscious. • free stream of consciousness —> After waking up, write 3 pages in your journal. It doesn’t matter what. After waking up you have more access to your subconscious and you get conscious of its contents when you write • noticing repeating patterns —> make it a habit to notice the reactions you have to certain triggers. Are they serving you or not? Break patterns that aren’t serving you, so that they stop controlling your life • dream interpretation —> my favorite. Dreams are the direct portal to your subconscious. Learn its language and you get direct messages from your deepest self & your hidden potential.
