dont get permenant retainers! My ortho told me they only protect ur four front teeth the rest will shift after some time and worse a lot of gunk gets stuck on the wire behind regardless how hard u clean it

As a girlie with a permanent retainer on her top teeth you can't feel it at all, at first you can but you get used to it, the put mine in after my invisalign and I have a removable retainer for night which fits around it👏🏻👏🏻

Noooo I also have a gap in my teeth… I had one as a kid and it ended up closing after using a plate… my palate has expanded in the last few months and I now have the gap again…. I think it looks so cute and unique
