I bought my home at 23 had it fully paid off by 37 people fail to pay more on principal even if you break your payments into biweekly it still pays more on principal = less interest!

I'm in the US and I bought my first house at 23. and btw there's a tax on everything you purchased legally here. only a few states don't have a sales tax.
