I agree with the concept of no health care due to smoking but these issues cannot be compared because 1. People get cancer even if they haven't smoked and there isnt a reliable way to determine if you got the cancer from smoking 2. Its purely about your own life and cancer treatment wouldn't kill another person like an abortion
