Kuru dolma tarifi 🫑✨ (ENGLISH RECIPE BELOW ⬇️) MALZEMELER: * 500 g kıyma * 300 g pirinç * 2 yemek kaşığı biber salçası * 2 yemek kaşığı margarin * Yarım su bardağı sıvı yağ * 200 g haşlanmış nohut * 800 g domates (rendelenmiş veya küçük doğranmış) * 2 tatlı kaşığı karabiber * 2 tatlı kaşığı tuz * 1 limonun suyu YAPILIŞ: Onceden kuru dolmalarinizi islatip, yumusayana kadar bekletin. Sonra bir kac defa suyunu yikayin tuzu gidene kadar.Pirinci yıkayıp kıyma, biber salçası, margarin, sıvı yağ, haşlanmış nohut, domates, karabiber, tuz ve limon suyuyla karıştırarak iç harcı hazırlayın. Hazırladığınız harcı kuru veya taze dolmanıza doldurup tencereye dizin. Üzerini hafif geçecek kadar su ekleyip ve kaynamadan önce bir limon sıkın. Kaynadiktan sonra kısık ateşte pişirin bir 40 dk ortalama. Ocağı kapatıktan sonra, tencerenin suyunu hazırlamış olduğunuz ezilmiş sarımsak ve kuru naneyi bir kasenin içine dökün sicağına ve tencereye tekrar dökün. ENFLISH RECIPE: INGREDIENTS: * 500 g ground beef * 300 g rice * 2 tablespoons pepper paste * 2 tablespoons margarine * ½ cup vegetable oil * 200 g cooked chickpeas * 800 g tomatoes (grated or finely chopped) * 2 teaspoons black pepper * 2 teaspoons salt * Juice of 1 lemon INSTRUCTIONS: Soak the turkish dried dolma in water until they soften. Then rinse them several times, changing the water each time, until most of the salt is removed. Wash the rice and combine it with the ground beef, pepper paste, margarine, vegetable oil, cooked chickpeas, tomatoes, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice to prepare the filling. Stuff your dried or fresh vegetables with the filling and arrange them in a pot. Add enough water to slightly cover the dolmas and squeeze in the juice of one lemon before bringing it to a boil. Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat and cook on low for about 40 minutes, or until the rice is tender. After turning off the heat, ladle some of the hot cooking liquid into a small bowl. Add the crushed garlic and dried mint, mix well, then pour the mixture back into the pot. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
