Seek God. it helps so much its crazy. I was lost and hurt and broken and was feeling everything. I couldn't sleep and was just going through it but then out of nowhere God found me and has opened my eyes and my heart and my mind and everything and I feel to free and although I still have work to do I feel like I'm free in the Lord's love.
