Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into cubes. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. 3. Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside. 4. In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
