Mine was a cross necklace that was my grandmothers, she passed about 3 years ago now. I had that necklace for 3 years. I took it off at my boyfriend’s (now ex) house once. And I ended up forgetting it there. so I let him keep it for me for a while until I saw him next. He had it for 3 days. When I saw him I asked for it back, that’s when he told me it broke out of nowhere. I knew right then and there that I needed to leave him. The necklace was metal. If it broke out of nowhere then it was a sign from god. I cried abt it for days bc it was the only thing I had left of my grandmother.

Bro I remember it was my initial with flowers in it and I had it for years and wore it everyday. One day I got a knot in it and I asked my boyfriend at the time if he could fix it and he did and then he asked if he could keep it for the rest of the day and I kept saying no and asking for it back multiple times but he kept asking and then I finally said yes but he left early that day and my horrible memory made me forget to ask for it back. When we broke up I asked for it back and he told he had lost it. Worst loss oat
