Don’t discard the potato water!! Let it cool and use it in bread! You get mineral and it preserves homemade bread for longer than regular water or milk!

Yes!!!!! This is exactly the content I’ve been waiting for!! The ones with the pouches of processed & pre-spiced stuff is wonderful and I completely understand the usefulness of them, but I’ve been wishing for recipes that use raw, cheap ingredients to make delicious handmade meals. Handmade gnocchi is exactly the type of thing I was wishing for. This is beautiful!!
