I’m obviously doing something wrong and I use a crap ton of solution but I’ve done 10 grips totals 3 putters and 7 irons and not one goes on easy like that.

I found that soaking the tape in hot water and dawn dish soap peels the old tape off pretty easy. That heat gun didn’t help at all
