Actually the opposite tends to happen all the time I live in Copperfield and 9/10 times we are sunny with no weather issues while the north gets pounded so you are incorrect about it happening all the time

I used to live in Silverado in 2021 and we had to pay $25,000 to replace siding and roof because of hail 🤣😭

I lived in the NW for 26 years… just moved to the SW 2 weeks ago… now I’m sitting on my patio with my wine when previous me would’ve still been in traffic for 40 minutes LOVE IT down here 🫡
