These are like the tricks we were learning to move faster in the SAT and GRE tests. You can’t do it the long way cuz you won’t finish the test, so you have to figure out a shortcut

Kids are now using AI to solve the difficult questions in their homework. Giving the teachers the wrong impression that kids can solve it when they can't.

You don’t learn algebra in primary 5. We generally used models or factions to do comparing to solve these

To be fair,their kids generally start school around 3-4 with nursery/kindergarten before that. Math starts early

and this is why I think maths as a subject is stupid. WHY..... without curiosity, math serves no purpose. Give people problems to solve like...how much space on my land can I build on if its shaped like that but I can only 35% of it ? ....all of a sudden the math has a purpose and makes sense.
