For the people that don’t have any extensions and also want to keep their hair from drying out you can also just wet your hair with normal water since your hair kind of works like a sponge it won’t really absorb the seawater or pool water

My biggest question with tape ins when I go swimming usually in freshwater since I live in Michigan. So should I also be washing my hair after each beach trip or should I still only wash them once every 7 to 10 days? And what about days where I’m working and I’ve sweated so much like I feel I need to wash my hair, but I’m scared too.
