@alanalavv: DIRTY MSG MARTINI 🫒🍸 Day 7/7 of Brine Time is an MSG martini, bc MSG makes everything better. Measurements + method: Liquid MSG: 1 tsp MSG 2 tsp water Martini: 3oz vodka (or gin) 1 oz olive brine 1/4 oz / 7ml dry white vermouth 4-5 drops of liquid MSG Ice Olives on a cocktail stick Make your MSG liquid: It’s a 2:1 ratio of water to MSG, so I did 2 tsp water to 1 tsp MSG. Shake until dissolved. Store the rest for other cocktails (it really does make everything better). Make your martini: Pop a martini glass in the freezer to chill. Add vodka, olive brine, vermouth, liquid MSG and ice. Shake for 30 seconds until ice cold. Strain into your chilled martini glass and finish with a ton of olives on a cocktail stick.
