In 2 cups of boiling water add 1 1/2 cups hersheys dark cocoa and 1 T instant coffee, stir until cocoa is dissolved, pour into dry mixture, add 4 eggs, 2 cups buttermilk, 1 cup oil and 1 T vanilla. Mix to combine. Pour into dry mixture half sheet pan that has been buttered and floured. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 min or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. FOR 9x13 cut all ingredients in half
