I felt warm and tingly and got teary eyed. Started to get a little dizzy. I didn’t hear or see anyone but I felt like I was being wrapped in her arms.

i lost my boyfriend very unexpectedly back in april. i did this yesterday…didn’t feel a ton in the moment but last night he entered my dreams for one of the first times. i had been praying for him to visit me in my dreams but i never saw him until last night. not sure if it was a coincidence or not…but im definitely gonna keep doing this!

I was talking to my child that I never got to name or know what sex they were, she was a beautiful little girl with a sweet voice. I miss her so much and I never got to meet her, but she sounds happy and she told me she’s with my family.

My entire body got chills and they stayed with me the entire conversation. Like the most overwhelming chills I’ve ever experienced. I don’t know if this has anything to do with this exercise but my cat oddly came over and bit my back. He’s never done that.

I needed this ❤️🩹 I lost the love of my life tragically may 25 of this year 💔 I have heard him talking to me randomly at times and I have heard things he’s told me and then something always confirms that it had to be him because how did I know that before someone told me? I thought I just lost my mind and needed to be checked into a psych hospital shewww 🫠🥹

Disclaimer… I know I have a few “claires” but I haven’t strengthened them yet. But I thought I’d do this exercise because why not… I had a bizarre experience… I picked up the phone (in my head) and was listening to your guidance… my ACTUAL cell phone was in my lap (not near my hands), still on your video… calling out to a loved one in my head… then I stopped being able to concentrate because it sounded like you were playing something in your video out of nowhere. I thought “wow.. strange of her to be playing that random sound on repeat while we’re trying to meditate…” it sounded like a 3 second video playing with music or someone talking in a car … on repeat… so I opened my eyes and you ended your video and your ACTUAL TikTok video repeated … BUT THE SOUND WAS STILL PLAYING! I even went to the video before and after your video and it continued to play. I went to a new app and it continued. I went to my photo app thinking I had a video up but didn’t, yet it continued. I went to instagram and YouTube.. nothing on those apps was the reason/explanation why that sound kept repeating… I closed TikTok. Still continued. I closed my last 8 apps and it continued until the last app was closed. I recorded it on my iPad because it was so bizarre. I can’t make out what the sound is saying… I even tried Shazamming it. Any explanation?
