i use high waisted bikini bottoms because i vant have my stomach out because im so insecure but they make me feel so much better even tho you can see my stomach from the side but it just gives me some comfort

i promise you’ve genuinely got this. i was so insecure about going on holiday this year about my body, i went to greece for 2 weeks and by two days in i thought sod it im not gonna be insecure on holiday and it’s made me so much more confident in my body now even being back home!! ❤️❤️

If you ever just feel a little bit down whilst wearing a swimming costume, take a primark white t shirt with you and wear it in the pool over your costume, specifically men’s shirts because it’s cheaper and bigger, i do this whenever i have one of those days x
