I would look up the proper marking laws, that space most likely doesn’t meet the requirements and you may be able to get it dismissed. Especially given the circumstances.

I would go to court and dispute the ticket. Explain it just like you did to us. Maybe they will drop the charges since that property is only used for employees parking and not for every day Public use. Wishing you the best of luck.🙏
