When my sons were your kids age…I did trades with other moms and worked part-time until my kids were old enough for pre-k and elementary school.

:Girl , I have not worked for money in 4 years and literally waiting for him to go to prek so I can go back to work because the economy is getting worse every day hard to come by a child care in our area that we trust 🙃 i'm 41 years old and we have now started over.I guess having another 4 years at home again.Because we have a new addition to the family baby boy 💙 🫣😜

Maybe substitute teaching to keep your flexibility and work the same hours your children are at school. Or work full time as a paraeducator at your child’s school. This is great because you have the same breaks and holidays as well.

I drove a school bus, now I’m lead trainer and work full time. Check your local companies because lots of them have ride-along programs for kids.
