This one time I went on break without telling the new cna so when I came back, she called my boss,and said I took an hour break. She went to go take her break and forgot her keys inside you think I let her inside the building? 😭 She spent an hour and a half stuck outside. I proceeded to call the boss to let the boss know that she took an hour and a half break.

I had a coworker tell me he was a manager and let me go home ten minutes early, he then immediately called the actual manager and told them I left early. I got an attendance point. When I told them he said he had the authority, they told me it was my responsibility to read the handbook and know who is a manager. It’s a warehouse. Idk who tf the managers are there’s a hundred of them
