I talked about how learning about medicine as a kid saved my life. The story I told was about helping my sister with a seizure and the paramedics telling me I did everything right. The end was about how I want to help bring light in others life the same way medicine did for me.

“Five minutes left. Five minutes left until I fail this chemistry test. Five minutes left until equilibrium finally defeats me in a miserable academic battle. Five minutes until I am standing outside the classroom, breathing in the horrible stench of athletic students making their way to gym, thinking that my world is ending. But to my realization, I probably won’t drop dead in 5 minutes. In fact I probably have a much longer time, to try again, breathe, and be the best I can possibly be. While equilibrium felt huge at the time, it taught me that I am lucky enough to have the opportunity to be the best I can be, even if that means I have to try again or go to greater lengths. With these principles, I hope to become something so great that even a star like Olivia Rodrigo appreciate. I want to become an Attorney.
