i have a lot of respect for u for the way u build ur plate before trying it. like, beans? obviously good. mashed potatoes? foolproof. but root beer chicken, having not tried this before, was like make or break. could’ve gone either way, and you committed without hesitation with a choice that couldve ruined your meal if u really hated it. i like that

Honestly, being able to cook like this is a skill more people need to appreciate and learn. Being able to take an idea and make needed substitutions to create a tasty meal with what you have on hand can save you a LOT of time and money.

Kelita- a lot of us might joke around on your page, but I for one, think you can cook you take way more risks in the kitchen and 9 times out of 10, you have success. Way more them most of us can say!! I hope the people that are closest to you try to be nicer to you about your cooking.
