for those wondering water is a solvent that when mineraly deficient will strip minerals from its vessel. usually when water taste bad its because its absorbing whats in your mouth and flushing it around, depending on its initial content and ph levels. living water or mineraly rich water will tend to taste a little odd but it can actually re hydrate you without having a detrimental effect. on the other hand if your trying to flush heavy metals and consuming large volumes of water can help but bare in mind your kidneys have to filter everything your trying to flush. if done in a short period of time frequently it will drastically increase the chance of kidney/bladder stones leading to inflammation and potential infection. the body has its own system for producing fluids and our fluids are more like saline not water. so when the industry tell you it's healthy just take a second to think about who is financially benefiting from it then make up your own mind.
