I worked as a trainer in a food factory that operated 24/7. I worked around workload across all shifts, plus the induction if it was my turn. I hated being in the office with the revolting bullies and gaslighters that did 9 to 5, so I used to go in at 5am. I would do all office stuff before they came in and go onto the factory floor to assess and train people for the rest of the day. or I would come in 2pm, straight into the factory and do the office work after they had gone home.
