How do we navigate a world where most people are indeed in stage 3? I feel very lonely, more now than I have ever as I think I lost hope that I will ever find "my people". I wonder if I just live in the wrong country, but moving country can only happen with a job, and I'm over 40 and finding it difficult now to find a job where I wanna live
