Went on vacation for a month with minimal activity just some walking and more or less ignored my diet 🤷🏻♀️gained some weight of course but didn’t lose any muscle. I’ve been back on my diet and routine for a week and I’m already down 3lbs and hitting heavier sets than when i left. You’ll be okay promise - enjoy your vacation and don’t stress about it!
