i’m 4”11 and i do pilates 10 minute ab videos and full body workouts everyday I alternate between the two every other day and then do weighted ab workouts 3x a week i walk 3 miles instead of run everyday, and i weight lift 3x a week and do legs 1x a week. do you think that can help me get a flat hour glass bod like yours in someway if i do these things and also eat clean but also eat sweets??
