It is very true, mine is even honda civic and I faced same problem, heavy vibration whenever I start the engine in the morning and the gear is in reverse. Later did I discover that there was no transmission oil. 🙏

There's a special bolt for the oil drain system and most mechanics force that bolt and replace it with the wrong one. I own one and was told to go to Honda cos they're the only to to take of the bolt.

Most times the fluid is likely leaking internally into another system or being consumed by the engine.
