@platedbyyuri: Crispy Mozzarella Fries 🧀 Ingredients 1 lb mozzarella cheese block, cut into fry-shaped sticks 1 cup all-purpose flour 2 eggs, beaten 1½ cups Italian breadcrumbs 2 tsp dried parsley 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder ½ tsp paprika Oil, for frying For the Dip ½ cup ranch dressing Instructions Cut the mozzarella block into thick fry-shaped sticks and place them on a tray. Freeze for at least 1 hour until firm. In one bowl, add flour. In a second bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Coat each mozzarella fry in flour, then dip in egg, and coat well in the breadcrumb mixture. For extra crispiness, repeat the egg and breadcrumb coating one more time. Place the coated fries back in the freezer for 30 minutes. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry the mozzarella fries in batches for 1–2 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Do not overfry, as the cheese can start melting and leak out of the coating. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
