At Vital Brain Institute, we use red and near infrared laser therapy as part of how we support the developing brain. The clinical term is photobiomodulation, and it is one of the most powerful tools we have in functional neurology. Specific wavelengths of red and near infrared light pass through the scalp and skull and reach the brain cells underneath.
